How does cash on delivery work?
Pick "Cash on delivery" at checkout, give us a phone we can reach you on, and pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Have the exact change ready when possible.
When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping is 3–5 business days; express is 1–2. Once shipped, you can follow it from your account's order history.
Can I refuse a delivery?
You can, but repeat refusals on cash-on-delivery orders may add a restocking fee on future COD orders from the same address. The cleaner option is to cancel before shipping from your account.
How long do refunds take?
Card refunds appear within 5–10 business days. Cash-on-delivery refunds become a gift card, issued the same day we receive the return.
Do gift cards expire?
No — gift cards have no expiry unless explicitly noted at issue.
I typed the wrong address. Can I edit it?
Yes, until the order ships. Edit it from your account's order detail page.
